Ingredients
  • 8 Slices Brioche Bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spiced Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 3/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • Whipped Cream (Optional)
Instructions
  1. In a Medium Bowl, Combine Cinnamon, Pumpkin pie Spice,
    and Sugar and Set Aside.

  2. Melt butter in a Frying Pan over Medium Heat. Whisk Together Cinnamon Mixture, Milk, Vanilla, Spiced Pumpkin Purée, And Eggs. Pour into
    a Shallow Container Like a Pie Plate and Dip Both Sides of Bread in.
    Fry until Golden Brown. Serve with Syrup.
